প্রথম চেষ্টাThe first attempt
জগন্নাথ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের মার্কেটিং বিভাগের সাতজন বন্ধু মিলে সংগঠনের স্বপ্ন নিয়ে নামি। অক্টোবর থেকে ডিসেম্বর, মাসে ৫০ টাকা করে কিছু টাকা জমাই। কিন্তু সেই পদ্ধতিতে এগোনো গেল না, প্রথম চেষ্টা সফল হলো না।Seven friends from the Marketing department of Jagannath University set out with the dream of an organization. From October to December we saved BDT 50 a month. That method did not work, and our first attempt failed.

নতুন করে পরিকল্পনাPlanning again
থেমে না গিয়ে আমরা অন্যভাবে এগোনোর পথ খুঁজলাম। কত টাকা দিয়ে শুরু করলে, মাসে কত জমা দিলে সংগঠন ঠিকভাবে চলবে, সেই হিসাব কষে সিদ্ধান্ত নিলাম, মাসিক ২০০ টাকা।Instead of giving up, we looked for another way. We worked out how much to start with and how much to save each month for the organization to run well, and decided on BDT 200 a month.

যাত্রা শুরুThe journey begins
মে ২০২৪ থেকে সাতজনের কাছ থেকে মাসিক ২০০ টাকা করে জমা নেওয়া শুরু হলো। শুরুর পরিকল্পনা ছিল ডেভেলপার কোম্পানির মতো সবার টাকায় জমি বা মূল্যবান সম্পদ কিনে সেগুলো কেনাবেচা করা।From May 2024 we began collecting BDT 200 a month from the seven of us. The original plan was to work like a developer company: buy land or valuable assets with everyone’s money and trade them.

পরিবার বড় হলোThe family grows
আমাদের একের পর এক পরিকল্পনা শুনে ক্লাসের বন্ধুরাও যুক্ত হতে আগ্রহী হলো। তখন আমরা ভাবলাম, সংগঠনকে সবার জন্য খুলে একটি বড় প্রতিষ্ঠানের রূপ দেওয়া যায়। ২০২৪-এর শেষ দিকে ৫ থেকে ৭ জন নতুন সদস্য যোগ দিলেন।Hearing our plans, classmates became interested in joining. We realized the organization could open up and grow into a larger institution. Toward the end of 2024, five to seven new members joined us.

ডিজিটাল ও নিরাপদ পথেGoing digital and secure
২০২৫-এর মাঝামাঝি একটি বড় সিদ্ধান্ত নিলাম: সংগঠনের সব কাজ অনলাইনভিত্তিক হবে এবং সদস্যদের নিরাপত্তা বাড়াতে কমিটি গঠন করতে হবে। জুনে সদস্য ১৫ জন, অক্টোবরে ১৮ জন।In mid-2025 we took a big decision: all work would move online, and a committee structure would be built to protect members. We were 15 members in June and 18 by October.

দুই কমিটি ও গঠনতন্ত্রTwo committees and a constitution
সদস্যসংখ্যা তখন ২৩। আমরা কমিটির কাঠামো ঢেলে সাজালাম। প্রতিষ্ঠাকাল থেকে যাঁরা আছেন সেই সাতজন Board of Founders, আর সদস্যরা ভোটে ৮ জন প্রতিনিধি বেছে নিলেন Management Committee-র জন্য। লিখিত গঠনতন্ত্র তৈরি করে প্রতিটি সদস্যের হাতে তুলে দেওয়া হলো।With 23 members, we restructured. The seven who have been here from the start formed the Board of Founders, and members elected 8 representatives by vote to the Management Committee. A written constitution was prepared and handed to every member.

সংগঠনের অর্থ ও সম্পদ ব্যক্তিগত কাজে ব্যবহার সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।Using the organization’s money or assets for personal purposes is strictly forbidden.
জালিয়াতি বা অর্থের অপব্যবহার প্রমাণিত হলে দ্রুত আইনি ও সাংগঠনিক ব্যবস্থা।Fraud or misuse of funds leads to swift legal and organizational action.
স্বার্থের সংঘাতConflict of interest
ব্যক্তিগত স্বার্থ জড়িত থাকলে তা আগে জানানো এবং সংগঠনের স্বার্থকে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া।Disclose any personal interest and always put the organization first.
ডিডি-র প্রতিদ্বন্দ্বী কোনো ব্যবসায়িক উদ্যোগ চালানো যাবে না।No running of a business that competes with DD.
অনিয়মে ব্যবস্থাWhen rules are broken
অভিযোগ উঠলে Board of Founders তদন্ত কমিটি গঠন করে।On a complaint, the Board of Founders forms an inquiry committee.
অভিযুক্ত ব্যক্তি নিজের পক্ষে বক্তব্য দেওয়ার সুযোগ পান।The accused always gets a chance to defend themselves.
গুরুত্ব অনুযায়ী সতর্কবাণী, জরিমানা, সাময়িক বরখাস্ত বা স্থায়ী বহিষ্কার।Depending on severity: a warning, a fine, suspension or permanent expulsion.

সদস্যপদMembership
আবেদনকারীকে বাংলাদেশের নাগরিক, ১৮ থেকে ৪৫ বছর বয়সী এবং সংগঠনের লক্ষ্য ও নৈতিক মূল্যবোধে আস্থাশীল হতে হয়।Applicants must be Bangladeshi citizens aged 18 to 45 who stand by the organization’s aims and ethics.
আবেদন অনলাইনে করা যায়; কমিটির যাচাই ও অনুমোদনের পর সদস্যপদ কার্যকর হয় এবং একটি ইউনিক সদস্য আইডি দেওয়া হয়।Applications are made online; membership takes effect after committee verification and approval, and a unique member ID is issued.
প্রত্যেক সদস্যকে একজন নমিনি মনোনীত করতে হয়।Every member must name a nominee.
মাসিক চাঁদাMonthly contribution
প্রতিটি সদস্য নির্ধারিত হারে প্রতি মাসে নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে চাঁদা দেন।Each member pays the set contribution every month by the due date.
দেরি হলে নিয়ম অনুযায়ী বিলম্ব ফি প্রযোজ্য; দীর্ঘদিন বকেয়া থাকলে সদস্যপদ বাতিল হতে পারে।Late payment carries a fee under the rules; long arrears can lead to cancellation of membership.
প্রতিটি জমার ডিজিটাল রসিদ দেওয়া হয় এবং অ্যাপে নিজের হিসাব দেখা যায়।A digital receipt is issued for each payment and members can view their account in the app.
সদস্যের অধিকারMember rights
বার্ষিক সাধারণ সভায় অংশগ্রহণ ও ভোট; প্রতি সদস্যের একটি ভোট।Attend and vote at the annual general meeting; one member, one vote.
সংগঠনের আয়-ব্যয় ও বিনিয়োগ সম্পর্কে জানার অধিকার।The right to know about income, spending and investments.
গঠনতন্ত্র অনুযায়ী বিনিয়োগের লভ্যাংশ পাওয়ার অধিকার।The right to a share of investment profit as per the constitution.

সব বিনিয়োগ সুদমুক্ত ও শরিয়াহ-সম্মত খাতে। ব্যক্তিগত ঋণ প্রদান কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।All investment is interest-free and Shariah-compliant. Personal loans are strictly prohibited.

প্রতি বছর অন্তত একটি বার্ষিক সাধারণ সভা, যেখানে অডিট করা হিসাব উপস্থাপন করা হয়।At least one annual general meeting each year, where the audited accounts are presented.
জরুরি প্রয়োজনে বিশেষ সাধারণ সভা ডাকা যায়। সভার সিদ্ধান্ত লিখিত কার্যবিবরণীতে ডিজিটালভাবেও সংরক্ষিত হয়।An extraordinary meeting can be called in urgent cases. Decisions are recorded in written minutes, also stored digitally.
স্বচ্ছতা ও অডিটTransparency & audit
সব হিসাব ডিজিটালভাবে রাখা হয় এবং প্রতিটি লেনদেনের ভাউচার সংরক্ষণ করা হয়।All accounts are kept digitally and every transaction has a saved voucher.

সদস্যপদ ত্যাগ ও বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তিLeaving & resolving disputes
সদস্যপদ ছাড়তে লিখিত আবেদন করতে হয়; আর্থিক পাওনা নিয়ম ও তহবিলের অবস্থা বিবেচনা করে নির্ধারিত সময়ে মেটানো হয়।Leaving requires a written application; dues are settled within a set period, subject to the rules and the fund’s position.
বিরোধ হলে প্রথমে আলাপ-আলোচনা, তারপর কমিটির মধ্যস্থতা, প্রয়োজনে Board of Founders এবং শেষে সালিশি কমিটি। আদালতে যাওয়ার আগে এই ধাপগুলো শেষ করতে হয়।Disputes go first to dialogue, then committee mediation, then the Board of Founders and finally an arbitration committee. These steps come before any court action.
